Job Summary

This position is responsible for promoting, marketing, recruiting and educating TruChoice partner registered representatives through front-line index variable annuity sales, including
new product introduction, relationship management and sales/marketing development. This position requires the ability to travel up to 50% of the time to meet, develop and maintain relationships with registered representatives.

Job Description

Promote and sell company and annuity products offered through suggestive sales techniques to meet and surpass profitability and recruiting goals on an individual/team basis.

Possess knowledge of all company products and creative ways to market these products to producers using advanced marketing concepts. Provide producers with product information, quotations, and materials required to be licensed and/or write business. Understand in detail annuities, life insurance and tax code relating to the industry.

Introduce producers to our value-added programs and their benefits. Identify and maintain contact with potential and existing producers as required. Maintain and update producer information in computer database.

Identify and maintain contact with producers through follow up on product quotes, materials sent, and thank you calls for new business received. Identify and resolve any potential issues and work with the appropriate people to resolve. Provide producers with support and problem solving in all areas.
