TD SYNNEX is looking for an Inside Account Representative who can deliver results and provide exceptional customer service to our partners. In the Inside Account Representative role, you work with specific, identified accounts. Position owns the daily contact with specific, identified accounts. Incumbents work proactively to drive revenues/margins to ensure organizational profitability. Incumbent is seasoned and has the experience to handle complex customer issues. Responsibilities Description:

  • Responsible for revenue and profitability growth for the assigned territory. 10%

  •  Generates opportunities through outbound calling to assigned customer territory and potential new customer targets. 15%

  •  Ability to understand P&L metrics for the account and make appropriate pricing decisions with the final approval of Inside Account Executive/Sr. Inside Account Executive. 10%

  • Can make appropriate transactional based decisions that are beneficial to the profitability of the territory with guidance from Inside Account Executive/Sr. Inside Account Executive when needed. 15%

  • Coordinates with field sales team to answer RFPs, provide proposals to accounts, and QBR presentations. 5%

  •  Performs basic account research to identify worth and future opportunity of their assigned territory and new customer targets. 5%

  • Responsible for having knowledge of customers within assigned territory and creating relationships at the purchasing, sales, and operational levels.  10%

  • Maintains detailed account profiles for territory and has ability to identify opportunities to attached additional TD SYNNEX solution offerings where applicable. 5%

  •  Builds stable relationships internally with supporting departments (vendor management, finance, purchasing, etc.) 10%

  • Ability to identify potential issues and challenges and provide visibility to them in a timely manner to Inside Account Executive/Sr. Inside Account Executive. 10%

  • Develops written documentation and procedures for assigned sales accounts and starts to offload repetitive tasks to internal TD SYNNEX support teams. 5%

Required Education or Certifications:Education Level

  • High School Graduate

  • Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.

  • Able to display a preference for interacting with people, being friendly, outgoing, articulate and socially at ease.

  • Able to use relevant computer system applications (Microsoft Office Suite)
