We're looking for someone who:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
- Higher education in Administration, Economics, Finance or related areas;
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a Treasury position in a corporate international environment.
- Previous experience with Kyriba will be considered as an asset
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office applications.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Fluent/native-level Portuguese (Brazil) language skills.
- Excellent organization skills to plan and organize work efficiently
- Ability to work with numbers, accuracy, reliability and integrity are required
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a rapidly changing environment in order to meet deadlines
What you'll be doing:
- Payments & Transactions:
- Process and reconcile daily transactions, payments, and receipts across multiple banks and PSPs.
- Coordinate and process large international and domestic payments, including FX transactions.
- Cash Flow Management: Support with monitoring, forecasting, and managing the company’s cash flow, ensuring liquidity.
- Treasury Systems & Automation:
- Assist in the implementation and management of our treasury management system (Kyriba) for streamlined operations.
- Collaborate with IT and finance teams to automate payment and reconciliation processes with PSPs.
- Reporting & Compliance:
- Prepare regular treasury reports, including cash flow forecasts, liquidity positions, and PSP performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and external regulations related to payments and treasury activities.
- Support external and internal audits by providing treasury-related documentation and explanations.
- Ensure compliance with Brazilian Central Bank and other entities
