Treasury Reporting Principal - RemoteJob Description
The Treasury Analyst Principal is responsible for managing, analyzing, and delivering Treasury reporting, including complex liquidity reporting and claim payment process reporting for a variety of stakeholders, including Senior Leadership. This role is responsible for providing leadership to the other members of the Treasury Team and guidance to the Accounting, Finance, Information Technology and Claims operation functions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and advance monthly liquidity reporting, including variance analyses and cash usage drivers, field questions on results.
- Prepare, evaluate, and deliver modeling for Request for Proposal (RFP) and client contracting, providing alternatives to achieve beneficial results.
- Develop, manage, and advance quarterly reporting for all stakeholders, including Senior Leadership and Finance Committee.
- Deliver and advance debt and investment reporting for distribution to Senior Leadership, field questions on results.
- Identify and manage process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of Treasury and related departments.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
- 8 years of work experience in Treasury, Accounting, Finance or related position
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Additional Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking skills to proactively identify issues and problem solve
- Demonstrated ability to manage organizational changes and time management
- Ability to establish rapport and effectively influence at all levels within an organization
- Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA, CTP, CPA or CMA
- Previous experience in liquidity and investment management
- Previous experience with Oracle Hyperion or similar forecasting system
Minimum Physical Job Requirements
- Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear
- Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

Reporting Structure
- Reports to Treasury Leadership, Director
Potential pay for this position ranges from $94,700.00 - $151,300.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.
