Position Summary:
PRA Group is seeking an energetic and passionate capital markets domain expert to support our global funding activities. This position will report to the Global Treasurer and will play a key role in managing capital markets and bank funding workstreams. This includes working cross-functionally with external banks and internal constituents such as Legal, FP&A, Tax and Accounting. This individual will also work to support our rating agency relationships, cash management and compliance activities as well as preparing presentation materials for Senior Leadership and the Board of Directors.
- Play a key role in running workstreams for company funding requirements
- Includes syndicated credit facilities based in North America, Europe and non-investment grade public bond issuances
- Workstreams include but are not limited to preparation and planning, execution, reporting, analysis, and compliance
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of financial markets and banking products and services
- Support and/or lead various global treasury projects, including partnering with our European team and other corporate functions to drive results
- Support the coordination, analysis, and reporting of results for management reporting initiatives
- Monitor and model credit rating agency metrics through evaluation of actual and forecasted company results
- Provide support for:
- Debt covenant compliance monitoring and reporting.
- Intercompany lending, funding, and cash flow projections.
- Monitoring of bank financial condition and counterparty risk.
- SEC Reports – Debt, Liquidity, Interest Rate Risk, and Foreign Currency Exchange Risk
Professional Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in business, finance, economics, accounting or related field required
- Masters Degree preferred
- 5-10 years Treasury Manager, Capital Markets experience
- 5 years minimum experience in treasury, capital markets, corporate finance or investment banking, preferably in funding-related roles
- Robust knowledge of Capital Markets, Derivatives and Revolving Credit Agreements
- Significant experience negotiating with financial counterparties to achieve desired results
- Understanding of Credit Agreement and Bond Covenants
- Understanding of Bond Pricing
- Strong understanding of financial statements, financial compliance and corporate finance
- Significant experience with financial modeling and turning complex data into actionable and clear recommendations to improve results
- Ability to create succinct Power Point presentations
- Excellent communication skills
- Collaborative mindset and significant experience working within a high performing team to solve problems and achieve objectives
- Ability to lead broad project teams by partnering with other corporate stakeholders (including Tax, Legal, FP&A and Accounting)
Salary Range:
$98,000.00 - $152,000.00
PRA Group has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, specific working location and market position. This posted salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, and PRA Group reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the qualifications and location of the selected candidate. In addition to base salary, PRA may offer additional benefits to include performance based bonus programs and/or equity programs depending on the position.
