NOTE: This role is hybrid and requires 2 days a week in our Walnut Creek, CA office.
JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Product Manager, Emerging Partners, the Travel Product Coordinator, Sales & Ops serves as a key liaison between the Product and Partnership team and the Sales and Operations teams to bridge sales efforts and needs with operational diligence and compliance. This role ensures smooth communication and coordination among teams while contributing to the successful execution of strategies that align with Travel business goals. This role will manage operational project timelines, track deliverables, and facilitate the integration of insights from sales, operations, and members to optimize product offerings and enhance the AAA member experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB DUTIES
- Monitor product/partnership performance and report feedback from Sales and Operations teams and Ensure alignment between sales targets and operational capabilities
- Assist in training advisors on relative systems and procedures; collaborate with sales team to understand sales team’s partner and product systems needs, agent pain points, and market demand; work with Product Manager and Director to address and resolve member or operational issues raised by teams
- Analyze sales trends and data to assist in suggesting when to market products, destinations, and partnerships
- Coordinates Partner and Promotional launches between sales team and operational teams to ensure system, HR, Legal compliance is in order and ensure seamless delivery of travel services
- Communicate product details, campaign updates, and general feedback to sales team
- Work with Product Manager to manage Partner Invoicing Process for suppliers
- Assist in managing deliverables and timeline of Annual Advisor Summit
- Work between Travel and other departments like Branch to educate teams on promotions and procedures relative to them
- Liaises between member relations and partner team to acquire waivers and make goods from partners
- Monitors results, assembles insights, and communicates Qualtrics scores to Travel leadership team
- Provide regular updates to management on team coordination outcomes

EDUCATION, COMPETENCIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES
- Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma plus 1-2 years experience in customer service role, data analysis role, operations, and/or business administration
- Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related area.
- 1-2 years of experience in Travel
We target between minimum and midpoint of the range, and all offers are subject to a fair pay analysis - Compensation Range: Min: $62,319.00 - Mid: $77,899.00- Max: $93,478.00
