Job Description
The Transformation Manager ANJ is responsible for developing and delivering short and long-term initiatives that transform the way Kraft Heinz operates. The role is accountable for partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to generate business value, exercise disruptive thinking to drive innovation, and to support the business in the delivery of process and execution excellence.
Partnerships with stakeholders is critical to the success of this role. This includes stakeholders within the ANJ (Australian New Zealand and Japan) business, but also our global teams in GCC, COEs, our global GBS network, and global internal stakeholders across all functions.
The role plays a key part in shaping, managing, and implementing the transformation strategy and projects through technology, process reengineering, analytics, operational changes, automations and system developments.
The role reports into the Head of Transformation ANJ and is a key member of the Australia and New Zealand Global Business Services (GBS) team, promoting a culture of Executional Excellence, Process Excellence, Innovation and Business Value.
Key responsibilities:
Transformation Governance:
- Accountable for the support, championing and adoption of ANJ Transformation methodologies, including 1) ideation, 2) benefit assessment, 3) prioritisation processes, 4) resource allocation, 5) project delivery fundamentals
- Partner with GBS Continuous Improvement, Transformation teams and local teams to link and standardise ANJ Transformation methodologies to provide a seamless path of demand and delivery
- Delivery and championing of effective change management and communication relevant to stakeholders and functions; progress vs. plan on transformation initiatives / relevant programs / projects
Business Value Generation:
- Leverage data to analyse key commercial and operational metrics, to identify business value opportunities across the ANJ Business Unit
- Partner with the business to present meaningful solutions for key business issues in ANZ and globally
- Responsible for end-to-end initiative delivery from scoping to benefits realisation and tracking
- Track and report risks and issues related to projected business value associated with transformation programs/ projects
Innovation & Disruption Leadership:
- Champion disruptive thinking and provide market leading solutions to challenge the status quo in our processes and routines
- Provide a customer centric viewpoint on how we operate and consider how we can improve the customer journey - both internally between Kraft Heinz teams and externally with customers / vendors
- Challenge our existing capabilities via robotic process automation, Power Apps, data analytics and other digital solutions to further drive long term sustainable efficiencies
- Partner with relevant teams across ANJ and globally to coach others on transformation fundamentals to champion an environment of continuous improvement, customer centricity, and appropriate governance
Customer Centric Process Excellence:
- Champion PDCA, LSS, Design Thinking, and other related transformation methodologies to solve business process problems
- Support the process to ensure that current and future business requirements are comprehensively mapped
- Develop and deliver recommendations to improve relevant end-to-end processes
About you:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Transformation expertise (LSS, Project Management, Design Thinking etc.) (preferred)
- Experience in Program and/or Project Management
- Proven track record developing and delivering transformational initiatives
- Experience in leading Change Management
- Experience with Business Process Improvement
- Experience operating in matrix and complex set ups
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders at various levels
- Experience with ERP change programs (preferred)
- Major ERP system exposure eg. SAP (preferred)
