Overview
We are seeking a skilled Transfer Pricing Analyst to join our growing Transfer Pricing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in transfer pricing and demonstrate comfort in collaborating directly with various business teams within the company and other members of the global tax department.

This role reports to the Global Transfer Pricing Manager and offers a hybrid working schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) based in our Warsaw, Poland office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Existing Policies: Ensure the effective implementation of Solenis’ transfer pricing policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and Adjust Pricing: Continuously evaluate and adjust intercompany pricing to meet all arm's-length requirements, with a specific focus on the European principal structure.
  • Prepare Documentation: Manage the preparation of annual transfer pricing documentation, including the master file, local files, and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR).
  • Forecasting Adjustments: Calculate transfer pricing adjustments to support the legal entity forecasting process.
  • Intercompany Agreements: Coordinate the execution of intercompany agreements to support all intercompany relationships and transactions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (tax, controllership, treasury, legal, IT) to provide transfer pricing insights for business decisions.
  • Audit Support: Assist with transfer pricing aspects of quarterly and year-end financial statement audits.
  • M&A and Audit Assistance: Provide expertise for transfer pricing during mergers and acquisitions and manage related audit activities.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with third-party providers as necessary.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.

Experience

  • At least 3+ years of transfer pricing experience in a Big 4 firm, national public accounting firm, or a large multinational corporate tax department.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Fluency in English is required.
