As a Senior Analyst Commercial Finance you will be supporting delivery of overall objectives and ensure the integrity, timeliness of systems, reporting and forecasting.
You will support the business stakeholders in data collection to prepare financial proposals, verify assumptions and share recommendations. You will also manage a third-party service provider during the month closing and rolling forecasts planning.
On this role you will:

  • Be a part and contributor to a high-performing Finance team from day one.
  • Execute revenue aspects of finance planning and performance management process, including Annual Contract planning/monthly Rolling Forecast, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis and financial modelling to support the business decision.
  • Run financial modelling by clients/products and decision support for a focused scope within a country sales team to support region.
  • Handle/analyse large amounts of data, advanced formulas, graphs and charts are required, coordinate reviews such as Month End and Operational Reviews.
  • Execute data collection and data integrity checks to cover monthly closing process and monthly rolling forecasts.
  • Support organization in the promo optimization process by clients/segments.
  • Shape and develop Revenue Growth Management agenda together with Sales Team, based on gained experience.
  • Support projects to improve efficiencies and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies.


What you will bring

  • TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial planning and analysis, including data collection/analyzing, planning and reporting company financial performance across all financial KPIs and investment decision.
  • BUSINESS ACUMEN and understanding of consumer packaged goods industry and local snacking market dynamics. Relevant experience in a regional/local business.
  • Desire to develop LEADERSHIP SKILLS including experience with business partnering and communication skills within a larger team. Team player with can do mentality to deliver accurate and timely results.
  • GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Identify Revenue Growth Management opportunities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and financial system knowledge.
  • INTEGRITY and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulations.


More about this role
The Commercial Finance Analyst supports Commercial Finance Manager with analysis, reporting, planning focusing on Net Revenue, Gross-to-Net spendings and margins. Cooperation with Sales, Category Planning, Demand Planning for key analysis by customers/products.
What extra ingredients you will bring:

  • Minimum 4-5 years in Finance
  • Experience in budgeting and monitoring
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Power Point)/Tableau/SAP Analytics Cloud environment will be value added
  • SAP HANA environment knowledge will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated and self-starter
  • Ability to work in the team
  • Full proficiency in Polish and fluent English
