We are excited to announce that we are looking for a motivated, experienced Learning Facilitator II with strong project coordination experience to join our team of over 10,000 global field personnel supporting our pharmaceutical and biotech clients.

Position Background:

In this role, you will partner directly with the Client Associate Director of Training to support the coordination, delivery and implementation of impactful training initiatives across diverse learning environments.

You’ll bring dynamic facilitation skills, the ability to captivate and engage learners, and expertise in instructional design — crafting interactive, engaging experiences that boost both individual skills and organizational success.

Your strong project coordination abilities will be key in managing training deliverables, overseeing training plans, tracking milestones, and ensuring seamless execution.

This role is ideal for a proactive, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and minimal supervision. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a passion for education are essential. This role requires 30-40% travel, primarily to Chicago, IL, or Durham, NC, with occasional travel to other locations across the United States as needed.

Position Responsibilities

· Project Coordination:

· Autonomously plan and execute project tasks associated with training initiative using project planning templates and processes as a guide.

· Content Development:

· Revise and develop training materials to support training delivery.

· Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to develop complex learning materials.

· Facilitate Learning:

· Deliver engaging and interactive in-person and virtual training sessions using various teaching methodologies (e.g., discussions, hands-on activities, e-learning).

· Provide clear explanations, examples, and hands-on exercises to help learners understand complex concepts.

· Utilize technology and digital tools to enhance learning experiences.

· Foster an inclusive and collaborative learning environment where all learners feel supported.

· Offer motivational support and build learners' confidence in their abilities.

· Assessment & Evaluation:

· Monitor learner progress, assess performance, and adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs.

· Maintain accurate records of training activities and learner progress.

· Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

· Provide constructive feedback on assignments and activities.

· Empower learners to take responsibility for their own learning by encouraging independent research, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

· Continuous Improvement:

· Capture feedback for and facilitate Training Retrospectives to assess the need for edits and improvements to planning and execution of learning experiences.

· Complete tasks assigned from Training Retrospectives.

· Maintain template for tasks and plan to execute learning experiences.

· Analyze current training processes and identify areas for improvement.

· Stay updated with the latest educational trends, tools, and best practices to enhance facilitation techniques.

· Maintain records of all training deliverables and implement best practices around document management.

· Curriculum Design:

· Work with Program and Systems SMEs to identify any changes since the last facilitation and incorporate new content into curriculum.

· Participate in team meetings and contribute to curriculum development and improvement.

To thrive in this role, you have:

Required:

· Bachelor’s Degree in related area required, in, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

· Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in teaching, training, or facilitating learning programs

· Minimum of 2-3 years’ Project Coordination experience required (In a Training function preferred)

· Strong and effective presentation and facilitations skills and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

· Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office (particularly Power Point and Excel)

· Demonstrated intermediate use of Rise or similar authoring tools to develop training materials

· Demonstrated intermediate use of Monday, ClickUp or similar project management tools for project tracking

· Strong planning and prioritization skills and ability to create clear training project plans outlining stakeholder responsibilities, timelines, needs, and risks

· Ability and willingness to travel domestically (approx. 30-40%)

· Demonstrated excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, and the ability to work effectively and autonomously in a fast-paced, multi-tasking virtual environment

· Ability to quickly adapt to changing technologies, processes, and environments

· A customer focused, detail-oriented mindset with ability to maintain a positive attitude in high-stress, fast-paced work environment

· Comprehensive knowledge and proven application of adult learning principles, learner-centered, performance-based instructional techniques, tools, and methodologies

Preferred:

· Patient Outreach program experience (1+ year)

· Experience facilitating system and operational training (1+ year)

· Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms

· Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., ATD, CPTD, Train-the-Trainer)

The potential base pay range for this role is $80,000 - $88,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
