What You Will Do
As a Training Specialist Sr you will play a key role in driving the success of our organization by coordinating and delivering targeted Customer Experience training programs that align with our strategic business goals. You will develop engaging training materials and lead initiatives that address customer needs while ensuring continuous development across the Customer Experience team. In this role you will:
- Apply the ADDIE model to assess Customer Experience team needs, enhance knowledge, and develop assessments to validate learning.
- Identify training and development needs aligned with organizational goals.
- Standardize operations training using TWI methodology.
- Provide coaching to individuals and managers, including IDP recommendations.
- Design and facilitate new hire training and ongoing education programs for the CX Team.
- Take leadership role on projects when working with other learning and development professionals.
- Develop learning material and plans based on job descriptions, functional requirements and organizational needs.
- Create, assign, and monitor learning plans within the Learning Management System.
- Maintain training record accuracy in LMS and monitor program effectiveness.
What You Will Bring
- Required Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certificate: Training within Industry (TWI) Job Instruction Train the Trainer Certified (Level 1 Preferred).
- Required Experience: 5+ years’ writing training materials and teaching.
- 2-5 years in a mentoring capacity or leadership role.
- Experience conducting training effectiveness analysis using Kirkpatrick’s Four Level Evaluation Model preferred.
- eLearning development instructional design preferred.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in Articulate or Captivate (or relevant e-Learning software) preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- The expected annual base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
