Primary Activities/Duties:
- Administer, facilitate, develop, and deliver training solutions for new and existing employees, including the development and implementation of training curricula, E-learning courses, training videos, and tutorials.
- Work collaboratively with management and cross-functional partners to determine appropriate learning outcomes and competencies for instruction.
- Oversee aspects of course quality, including content, editorial, and overall presentation of material, tracking, and resolving issues through the Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors)
- Prepare and distribute training reports on a regular basis
- Spearhead improvements to training programs, work processes, materials, equipment, tools, and procedures based on input from managers, supervisors, and workers, utilizing pre- and post-training assessments.
- Presents training to all levels within the organization as required.
- Measures performance to gauge success of programs.
- Administers, maintains and meets budget requirements for various contracts and programs from outside training service providers.
- Maintains training records, manuals, course outlines, training aids, and training documentation.
- Carries out special projects as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
May require long durations on the manufacturing floor and/or in the office at a computer. Stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach frequently throughout the work shift. Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds to waist level.
Mental Requirements:
Work in a fast paced environment, adapt to assignment changes easily, ability to multi-task, learn office procedures and learn and use new software. Must be detail oriented; communicate effectively via oral and written communications with all levels of employees, customers and vendors. Self-starter willing to work through and seek answers to on going new requirements. Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
Safety Requirements:
Wear safety-toed footwear, safety glasses with side shields, hearing protection and additional personal protective equipment where required.
Direction & Decision Making:
Complete directives given either verbally or written, make and assist in determining logical decisions. Must have strong ability at self-direction in the planning of own work.

Knowledge & Experience:
- BA/BS degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in training and learning & development
- Demonstrated success in training and development program management, including managing complex projects involving numerous stakeholders and timelines
- Experience in training budget management and efficient allocation of resources
- Proficiency in competency development and assessment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Skilled in curriculum design and development, creating effective learning materials
- Experience as a learning management system administrator, hosting content, tracking learning activities, and reporting to stakeholders
- Applied knowledge of continuous improvement management, driving enhancements in training programs.
- Competent with various Learning Management Systems and proficient with Adobe products, Course Authoring Software, and Microsoft Office products.
- Proven skills in problem-solving, planning, and organizing.
- Proven experience demonstrating the ROI of learning and development solutions.
- High level of attention to detail.
Work Environment:
Must work in both office and plant floor environment. Manufacturing areas, exposure to hot and cold temperatures, dust. Travel up to 25% to Rittal locations
