Job Qualification

Education:

S1 Business Administration or any other Major with Sales and Marketing Training, Leadership Training.

Working experience:

Minimum 15 years experience: 5 years as Sales and Marketing Director preferably in Training business, 10 years as Sales and Marketing Manager preferably in Training business, and Consultant.

Technical qualification:

Main Role

• Developing and implementing commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
• Analyze the market to create business and commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
• Understanding the requirements and needs of customers to ensure their needs are being met.
• Maintain commercial activities of the organization to obtain  maximum efficiency, quality, service and profitability for the organization Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Support Sales Tim and Marketing working align with company goal Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for Managing Director Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing) Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service, operation, etc.)
• Meet the targets and those of the team as a whole.
• Maintain conflict of interest & impartiality Monitoring SFDC : Sales Pipeline, D&B Match, Leads Contacted, Past Closed Date Opportunity Follow Sales Ground Rules
