Are you an experienced training professional with a passion for developing and implementing effective learning programs? Do you excel at managing training initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement? If so, we invite you to join our team in Düsseldorf (Airport City) as the Training Manager (f/m/d) for our global Transformation roll-out program.
In this role, you will oversee and manage the development and implementation of training programs across GEA related to the ERP roll-out across an international company with over 18,000 employees and more than 210 legal entities worldwide. Over the next five years, GEA will consolidate its global process and ERP landscape in partnership with SAP, the market leader in Enterprise Resource Planning. This ambitious program demands clear, consistent, and engaging training solutions for all roll-out entities around the globe.

Key responsibilities:

Plan and oversee the production of training materials, ensuring their quality and relevance.

Manage the Training Team including externals, providing guidance and support to team members.

Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the organization.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure training programs are integrated and aligned with overall business objectives.

Monitor the progress of training development and implementation, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.

Represent training topics in relevant meetings and planning activities.
Your Profile / Qualifications
-
A well-completed university degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable field.

Experience in training program in an SAP transformation program.
-
Extensive project management experience and expertise in training and learning in an SAP environment. Experience with SAP Enable NOW and Workday are an advantage.

Proficiency in digital training and learning formats.

Strong didactic skills, exceptional analytical and conceptual skills, strong implementation capabilities, and excellent communication skills.

Knowledge of Change Management, Agile Methodologies and Design Thinking is an advantage.

Excellent proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken.
