Job Description
MAXISIQ is seeking Training & Development Specialists to support the U.S. Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) training and career development needs of its employees. This full-time role requires supports various business operations to ensure the seamless execution of projects and initiatives. This is a full-time position located on Huntsville, VA with work anticipated mid December 2024 upon award.
Duties of this role include:
- Planning, resourcing, overseeing, and reporting on career development and mandatory training for employees. This includes coordinating with external training coordinators and managing training systems such as the Total Employee Development (TEDs) system.
- Tracking and reporting on training requirements and updates, ensuring compliance with all necessary training mandates.
- Collaborating with internal leadership and external agencies to execute critical workforce development programs effectively.
Qualifications
Clearance Requirement: Active or current Secret level clearance minimum
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
Experience:
- 4-8 years of training and development experience in training and development that includes
- Proven ability to manage multiple training programs, training processes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting workforce development programs simultaneously.
- Overseeing training systems and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience supporting Department of Defense Acquisition Workforce Development Account (DAWDA) programs.
- Familiarity with government systems such as Position Management Information System (CAPPMIS) is preferred.
