Do you want to dive into the world of support and consulting? Then our 6-month trainee program is just right for you!

Since October 2021, GAP mbH has been part of the Aareon Group and has been one of the leading providers of industry-specific business software for the housing and real estate sector for more than 40 years.

Join our trainee program in April 2025 and take the opportunity to gain valuable experience and a boost in knowledge as a trainee (m/f/d) in support and consulting. After completing the program, you will start in the support team and have the chance to develop into a consultant.

What to expect:

• On-the-job training: You will gain in-depth knowledge of both support and consulting, developing hands-on skills essential for your career.
• Consulting & advisory: You will assist in analyzing and optimizing business processes for our real estate clients.
• Support & product management: You will help our customers with software-related inquiries, solve technical challenges, and explain how to use our solutions effectively.
• Exciting projects: You will take on responsibility in projects and contribute your own ideas.

What you should bring:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration (with a focus on digitalization, business informatics, or real estate management) or a related field – or a completed apprenticeship (e.g., digitalization management or real estate management) – career changers are also welcome!
• Experience through internships, student jobs, or initial work experience is a plus but not required.
• Affinity for digitalization and the real estate industry.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Openness to diversity, inclusion, and intercultural collaboration.
• A curious mindset and enthusiasm for shaping an agile and modern working world with us.
