HR Force International is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee SQA (Software Quality Assurance) Engineer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those looking to start their career in software quality assurance. You will work closely with experienced SQA professionals to learn the fundamentals of software testing, quality assurance methodologies, and tooling while contributing to the testing of our software products.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of test cases and test plans under the supervision of senior team members.
- Participate in various testing activities, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Learn to identify, document, and track software defects using testing management tools.
- Collaborate with developers and other team members to ensure that quality standards are met.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes.
- Stay up-to-date with software testing best practices and emerging technologies.
- Recent graduate or pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing principles.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and respond positively to feedback.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
