Position: Associate Software Project Manager
Join Programmers Force International as an Associate Software Project Manager and take the next step in your project management career! In this role, you will support project planning, execution, and monitoring within our fast-paced software development environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met, and client expectations are exceeded.
You will receive ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and grow within the company. We are looking for experienced and motivated individuals with over 1.5+ years of relevant experience who are ready to contribute to our dynamic projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring software development projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to gather requirements, track progress, and report status to stakeholders.
- Contribute to project documentation and participate in meetings to learn about project workflows.
- Help create and maintain project timelines, manage resources, and apply project management tools and methodologies under the guidance of senior PMs.
- Engage in problem-solving activities to resolve issues that arise during project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
- 1.5+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of software development processes and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- A self-starter with a passion for technology and project management.
