Your Tasks

• Immerse Yourself in the IP World: Gain valuable insights into the Intellectual Property (IP) industry while familiarizing yourself with Dennemeyer, its services, and operations.

• Develop Proficiency in IP Asset Maintenance: Learn and apply best practices for managing and maintaining a wide range of IP assets, including patents, trademarks, and designs.

• Master IP Renewal Processes: Acquire a thorough understanding of patent, design, and trademark renewal workflows, and explore the intricacies of the IP service provider model.

• Navigate the Digital Dennemeyer Ecosystem: Gain hands-on experience with Dennemeyer’s digital tools and platforms, enhancing your technical proficiency in the IP field.

• Hone Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver presentations, and conduct live demo sessions for active clients to showcase Dennemeyer's solutions.

• Engage with Clients and Leads: Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients through creative follow-up communications designed to maintain and enhance interest in Dennemeyer’s services. Ensure all client information is accurately documented and up to date.

• Analyze and Interpret Data: Prepare, evaluate, and draw actionable conclusions from data to support operational and strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with various teams across Dennemeyer to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to cross-functional projects.

• Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance service quality and operational efficiency through innovative ideas and feedback.

Your Profile

• Bachelor/ Master student in Economics, Marketing, Social/Intercultural Studies, or related fields

• Ambitions to learn about our company and services

• Good command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion

• Proactive team player, with a precise and autonomous way of working

• Fluency in English is mandatory (written and oral); German and/ or French will be considered as an asset
