Trainee Data Analyst - Future Data Scientist

About the Role:

We are looking for fresh graduates passionate about data analytics and data science to join our team as Trainee Data Analysts. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and insights generation, with a structured growth path toward Data Science.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and insights.

* Assist in developing dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools.

* Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases.

* Work with structured and unstructured data for business intelligence and decision-making.

* Support data modeling, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA) for machine learning projects.

* Collaborate with senior analysts and data scientists on predictive analytics and AI-driven solutions.

* Stay updated with the latest trends in data analytics, machine learning, and AI.

Required Qualifications:

* Fresh graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.

* Basic understanding of SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.

* Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for reporting and visualization.

* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

* Passion for learning and transitioning into data science and AI.

* Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret data-driven insights.

* Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

* Knowledge of Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, or TensorFlow.

* Experience with data handling in Jupyter Notebooks.

* Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
