As a Passionate Data Scientist – Enterprise Intelligence & Leadership Reporting, you will leverage AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics to provide actionable insights for executives, cross-functional teams, and enterprise-wide initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets to generate insights for C-level executives and leadership teams.
- Develop and maintain predictive models to support business strategy and operational decisions.
- Create automated dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to visualize complex data.
- Work with SQL, Python, and R to extract, clean, and analyze structured/unstructured data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in finance, marketing, operations, and technology to align data-driven strategies.
- Provide forecasting models, trend analysis, and scenario simulations for business impact assessment.
- Communicate complex data findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner for non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify key KPIs and business metrics to enhance enterprise-wide decision-making.
- Support leadership with ad hoc analytics and strategic data-driven recommendations.
- 2+ years of experience in data science, business intelligence, or enterprise analytics.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and statistical modeling techniques.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
- Strong understanding of machine learning techniques, forecasting, and predictive analytics.
- Ability to work with structured and unstructured data to derive business insights.
- Experience working with executives or leadership teams to deliver data-driven insights.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business value.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for data processing.
- Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and AI-driven analytics.
- Exposure to enterprise reporting tools and financial modeling.
