Responsibilities :
Registration of Extended Warranty (Asset Management)
Traditional Contract Services Analyst will register extended warranties returned by
customers/partners/sales team or received through different reports (including but not limited to SAP, web‐marketing) or through email request.
Traditional Contract Services Analyst will update data (including but not limited to customer name, warranty starts & end dates, installation dates) to increase database accuracy and prevent further warranty disputes.
The Asset Management activities include SPR (Special Product Request) registration, channel programs registration (e.g BSD2.0, “4‐y‐initial warranty”), Packs registration, regularization of service coverage and data updates.
