Job Title: Trade Marketing and Operation Manager

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Job Description

To optimize channel partnerships with a focus on customer channels such as pharmacies - Ensuring seamless implementation of agreed point-of-sale (POS) activities in alignment with Galderma Global guidelines. This involves fostering cross-functional collaboration with e-commerce and digital teams of Claster and Galderma Global to enhance overall customer experience. Additionally, the core mission includes organizing trade promotional activities, visibility in POs effectively, sharing best trade practices, and implementing trade loyalty programs to drive sales and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.

Scope of countries included but not limited to:  Israel, Greece, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Ukraine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the channels of sales, develop the point of sales activity program – Mainly for our Consumer Business and in collaboration with ecommerce and digital to plan and execute all digital activities.
  • Develop collaborative strategies with partners to effectively promote products and services to customers.
  • Ensure Implementation of POS Activities: Oversee the execution of agreed point-of-sale (POS) activities according to Galderma Global  guidelines, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand standards.
  • Monitor POS initiatives to track effectiveness and make adjustments in collaboration with Galderma distributors as necessary to optimize results.
  • Work closely with Galderma Global and Cluster e-commerce and digital teams to integrate channel partnership strategies with e-pharmacies or other POS.
  • Coordinate efforts with Cluster Team to ensure synergy and alignment of objectives across the organization.
  • Organize Trade Promotional Activities: Plan and execute trade promotional activities aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving sales in pharmacies and other customer channels.
  • Manage visibility of Galderma products within pharmacies effectively to maximize product visibility and impact.
  • Share Best Trade Practices: Identify and disseminate best trade practices to channel partners within Galderma Global Team or the Cluster to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to partners in implementing effective promotional strategies and tactics.
  • Implement Trade Loyalty Programs: Develop and implement trade loyalty programs aimed at incentivizing channel partners and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and make recommendations for enhancements based on feedback and performance metrics.

Skills & Qualifications

  • University Master degree
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Min. 5 years experience in trad marketing (trade promotional strategy, shell-management, customer loyalty program development, awareness of brand
  • Proven success track record
