An unserem Standort in Berlin erbringen wir Dienstleistungen im Geschäftsreisebereich für namhafte Kunden mit höchstem Qualitätsanspruch.
Für unserer Tochtergesellschaft Atlas Reisen GmbH suchen wir (Montag bis Freitag 14.00 – 00.00 Uhr) in Vollzeit oder auch Teilzeit (mind. 30 h/Wo) in Berlin wahlweise mit Hybrid- Modell oder deutschlandweit 100% im Homeoffice:
Reiseverkehrs- bzw. Tourismuskaufmann/-frau (m/w/d)
Ihr Profil:
Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Reiseverkehrs- bzw. Tourismuskauffrau/-mann und …

haben schon Erfahrung im Bereich Business Travel gesammelt.

verfügen über IATA-Fachwissen sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Amadeus.

verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

ergänzen durch Ihre kollegiale und verantwortungsbewusste Art das Team.
Ihre Aufgaben:

Sie stehen den Kunden in allen Belangen rund um die Geschäftsreise telefonisch sowie per E-Mail zur Verfügung.

Sie sind kompetenter Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden, wenn es um ihre Flug-, Hotel-, Mietwagen- oder Bahnbuchung geht.

Sie verantworten die korrekte Reservierung, Umbuchung und Stornierung der Leistungen sowie Erstellung von Reisedokumenten.
