We are seeking a Total Rewards Senior Specialist who will be responsible for our organization's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness in the market. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, HR colleagues, and managers to lead total rewards processes and align them with business needs and HR strategies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Compensation Management: Lead the organization's compensation programs, including salary structures, pay scales, and incentive plans. Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices. Participate in compensation planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Benefits Management: Oversee the design and implementation of employee benefits programs. Collaborate with benefits providers, handle enrollment processes, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Job Analysis and Evaluation: Conduct job analysis and evaluation to determine the relative value and worth of different roles within the organization. Evaluate job descriptions, define job levels and salary ranges, and maintain job classification systems. Propose improvements in job evaluation processes.
  • Performance Management: Collaborate with HR and management teams to create and manage performance management processes, ensuring they are tied to compensation and rewards. Ensure performance-based pay and recognition are effectively designed, communicated, and administered.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, evaluate program effectiveness, and provide insights for decision-making. Prepare regular reports and presentations on compensation and benefits metrics, trends, and cost analysis for management and stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with diverse internal stakeholders, such as managers, HR, subject matter experts, to understand their total rewards needs and ensure effective collaboration and alignment. Act as trusted advisor and proactively promote total rewards topics.
  • Industry Research and Best Practices: Stay up-to- date with total rewards best practices. Identify opportunities for total rewards process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and optimize total rewards operations.
  • Mentor: Onboard new team members. Support and mentor the team on relevant topics.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Background/experience & expertise in one of the following areas:
    • Proven experience and expertise in the area of compensation structure, benefits and analysis gained through exposure to an international environment.
    • HR controlling.
    • Finance with a interest in total rewards topics and strong business partnering skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Full professional fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication skills & proactive approach to work.
