Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven TikTok Shop Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our TikTok Shop. This role is crucial in driving sales, increasing brand awareness, and creating an engaging shopping experience for our customers on TikTok. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of TikTok Shop, e-commerce, social media trends, and content strategy, with a focus on UGC, affiliate community development, and strategic brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • TikTok Shop Management:
    • Oversee the setup, management, and optimization of Bubble’s TikTok Shop, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience.
    • Develop and execute a TikTok Shop strategy aligned with Bubble’s brand objectives, focusing on maximizing sales and customer engagement.
    • Monitor and analyze shop performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Strategy Development:
    • Lead the development of a comprehensive strategic approach for Bubble Skincare on TikTok, focusing on creative strategy and TikTok Shop.
    • Conduct brand assessments and competitive analysis to build a unique and effective content and e-commerce strategy.
  • Content Strategy, Ideation, & Execution:
    • Develop and implement a content strategy that leverages UGC to enhance TikTok Shop sales and brand visibility.
    • Manage the production and execution of UGC content, ensuring alignment with Bubble’s brand narrative and objectives.
    • Coordinate with creators to produce high-quality content for both organic and paid advertising use.
  • Affiliate / Community Development:
    • Build and manage a structured affiliate network on TikTok Shop, focusing on high-quality creators.
    • Develop and execute an affiliate/creator strategy, including creator outreach, briefing, and performance analysis.
    • Continuously optimize the affiliate network, scaling as necessary while maintaining a focus on quality.
  • Creative Concept Ideation:
    • Lead the ideation and development of creative concepts that integrate Bubble products into TikTok-native content.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize paid media content, including video and live shopping ads.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Track, evaluate, and report on the performance of TikTok Shop campaigns and affiliate marketing efforts.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization of Bubble’s TikTok presence.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing an e-commerce platform, with direct experience and in-depth understanding of TikTok Shop features, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience running TikTok shop through a Shopify extension, including connector syncing, product listing, shipping cadence and shop health.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, including content creation, UGC strategies, trends, and analytics.
  • Experience with social media marketing, influencer collaborations, and community management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to develop clear and effective creator briefs.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas to engage the TikTok community and drive sales.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with skincare and beauty industry trends.
