Role’s mission
The mission of the Thought Leadership Manager is to elevate our leadership presence and drive strategic initiatives across the African and Middle Eastern regions. This role is crucial in creating and delivering impactful presentations, fostering regional growth, and representing the company at key client events.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in thought leadership, preferably from Worldpanel, with a deep understanding of data and the ability to craft compelling leadership presentations. This role offers the potential for future team growth, driven by the success and expansion of our thought leadership initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Strategy: Develop insightful reports, whitepapers, and presentations that align with the Africa and Middle East (AME) region’s strategic goals, especially focusing on FMCG trends, consumer behavior, and emerging market dynamics with both regional and AME market specific focus.
- Market Trends & Insights: Leverage Worldpanel data and industry knowledge to keep content up-to-date and impactful, and supervise the success of thought leadership materials.
- Collaboration: Work in collaboration with AME client service teams to integrate thought leadership into client proposals, presentations, and business development opportunities.
- Business Impact: Contribute to business growth through high-impact thought leadership that drives client engagement and revenue opportunities.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Maintain relationships across Kantar and the market to understand client needs and drive content relevance.
- Team Development: Collaborate across teams and act as a mentor to junior staff, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategy and business objectives.
