About the Role:

Are you passionate about ensuring the highest quality standards in digital platforms? Join our Digital Customer Experience team at Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH in India. We are seeking a dedicated Test Manager to oversee and enhance our testing processes and quality assurance for all platforms within the Digital Customer Experience domain. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Management: Plan, execute, and monitor all test activities within our agile software development organization for digital customer experience platforms, including our online shop, website, and other B2B eCommerce applications.

  • Process Development: Define and further develop processes for test management to ensure continuous improvement. Main focus will be the introduction of regression testing with connected processes and tools.

  • Quality Assurance: Implement and automate test standards, create and execute test cases, and advise teams on achieving higher quality with each iteration and release.

  • Requirement Management: Gather requirements, document them, design, implement, and maintain test cases.

  • Task Automation: Automate recurring tasks and routine activities to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Degree in IT, project management, software development/testing, or a related field.

  • Professional Experience: Several years of professional experience in test management, preferably in large and agile organizations.

  • Theoretical and Practical Knowledge: Interest in combining test theory and practice to drive quality improvements.

  • Tool Expertise: Experience with agile software development and systems like JIRA and Confluence.

  • Skills: Strong intercultural, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in English.
