• Demonstrate excellent communication skills when interacting with stakeholders and team members.
• Develop and maintain overall test strategy and plans and aligned with client expectations.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss test plans, results, and strategies.
• Lead and mentor the testing team, assigning tasks and responsibilities.
• Manage client expectations regarding testing timelines and deliverables.
• Actively participate in sprint planning, providing expert insights on testing efforts, testing estimation and risks
• Manage test case creation and execution, ensuring comprehensive coverage within sprint timelines.
- Good at mobile app and different devices and cross browser and cross platform/OS testing exposure.
- Native Mobile app and wrapper app testing experience.
• Display teamwork and a positive attitude when working under pressure to meet sprint deadlines.
• Display strong problem-solving abilities to address complex testing challenges and bottlenecks.
• Exhibit adaptability and resilience in the face of changing priorities and requirements.
• Facilitate open communication between developers, product owners, and testers to enhance quality.
• Showcase leadership skills by motivating the team and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate analytical thinking when interpreting test results and providing actionable insights.
• Knowledge on Betting and gaming domain will be an added advantage.
