Department OverviewHandset QC/Automation
Job Description
Having knowledge of Mobile Applications testing. (Android, iOS, Feature Phones)
Working experiences on tools like Wire-shark, Ethereal, and tcpdump
Knowledge in Telecom Domain/ VoIP network.
Protocol Knowledge - Good to have SIP, VOIP, RTP/RTCP, DNS, HTTP, SSL, TLS, TCP/UDP.
Exposure to Appium/Selenium/SeeTest automation tools.
Hands-on expertise in programming/scripting knowledge (Java, Python, C#, Shell, NodeJS)
Write and execute database queries using various languages
Exposure to Cloud Technology (Azure API / CLI)
Other Tools: Jenkins, GIT, Putty, WinScp, SIPP, Postman
Defect Tracking Tools (JIRA, GitLab, etc.)
Familiarity with Android Studio, Xcode
Basic Requirements
A self-motivated person who can thrive in a challenging environment to troubleshoot problems from End to End (Client – Network – Server)
Ability to breakdown any problem into components that can be collaboratively solved
Ability to negotiate on the scope of the problem through business understanding
Ability to find innovative solutions to mitigate dependencies and risks for deliverable
Ability to independently plan and execute deliveries
Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements
Willing to grasp/share knowledge & co-work within the team(s)
