As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

The goal of the territories will be to ensure the performance and functioning of live operations and plans. They must ensure that order loss is reduced, that we maintain a cancellation rate below 2.%, and that supply in the cities is sufficient for operation. They will be close to the Rappitenderos to provide support to the different actions of the areas, contributing ideas and execution.  Ensuring to be in parallel with the global teams to execute improvement processes together at city level and ensure good quality metrics. 

• Identify opportunity patterns and execute action plans.

• Receive and analyze cases from Rappitenderos.

• Standardize processes.

• Monitor the area's performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of improvements.

• Follow up on the acquisition and retention of Rappitenderos.

• Ensure that all operations are carried out profitably.

• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.

• Formulate strategic and operational objectives.

• Review the budget and use it to improve profitability.

• Train and supervise staff.

• Find ways to increase quality

• Education: Bachelor's degree

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the operations area

• Knowledge: Team management and leadership skills

• Ability: To understand and adapt to different contexts and scenarios

• Analytical Profile: To find and understand what is happening in each of the cities
