Job Description Summary:
Fenwick is seeking a Temporary Digital Engagement Manager who will be responsible for executing and managing our digital engagement strategy, ensuring that our social media presence, digital campaigns, and engagement initiatives continue to drive visibility and interaction with our target audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, social media strategy, and analytics.
This position can be based in any of our U.S. office locations and offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work both from home and at your designated Fenwick office. The frequency of in-office work will be determined by business needs and guided by your department's directives.
Job Description:
Digital Engagement Strategy & Management:
- Implement Fenwick’s social media strategy, ensuring alignment with firmwide marketing priorities.
- Manage day-to-day social media posting, engagement, and community management across platforms.
- Lead social-driven campaigns and collaborate with the content team and business development (BD) teams to support content-driven campaigns.
- Partner with BD to nurture leads by flagging high-engagement prospects from digital efforts.
- Provide strategic guidance on new social media opportunities and best practices.
- Assist attorneys with social media training and best practices to enhance their professional presence.
- Support video strategy management, ensuring alignment with Fenwick’s digital engagement goals.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Pull high-level digital performance data for all campaigns as well as on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Highlight key engagement metrics, including interactions from leads, top-performing content and social posts, opportunities to re-purpose content, and note lower performing efforts for team to re-evaluate.
- Work closely with content, marketing operations, and BD teams to provide insights that drive future strategy adjustments.
Vendor & Agency Coordination:
- Manage relationships with external social media vendors, ensuring the firm is fully utilizing contracted services.
- Provide regular project updates to internal stakeholders.

- Highly organized, efficient and extremely detailed oriented, with superior proofreading and fact checking skills.
- Capable of staying productive and accurate under pressure with tight deadlines (a sense of humor helps, too).
- Self-motivated, takes initiative and can work independently.
Reporting to the Director of Client Development, the ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related fields, preferably within a professional services or legal environment. Strong understanding of social media strategy, content marketing, and engagement tactics and experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms required. Intermediate to advanced understanding of technology industries (software, mobile, life sciences, etc.) and legal services (venture capital, securities, IP litigation, etc.) a plus. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

The anticipated range for this position is:
$104,000 - $155,750
Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance. Additional information about employee eligibility for benefits and discretionary bonus will be made available upon request.
