Position Overview
The Telemarketing Team Leader is responsible for managing and guiding a team of telemarketing executives to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. The role involves supervising day-to-day operations, coaching team members, and developing effective strategies to enhance the team's performance.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of telemarketers to achieve individual and team goals.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Schedule and allocate tasks to ensure efficient coverage and productivity.
- Develop and implement telemarketing strategies to meet telemarketing executives targets and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to adjust strategies and improve sales outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate the team's performance through metrics and KPIs.
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and sales results to management.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to address them.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained by the team.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
- Keep the team updated with product knowledge and industry developments.

Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a telemarketing team leader or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of telemarketing and sales principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop effective strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
