Job Description

Manutenção Corretiva e Preventiva;

Otimização de Sites (RF Report);

Instalação e Substituição de partes e peças;

Instalação e Configuração de rádios;
-
Troubleshooting de infraestrutura;
-
Relatório de fechamento de tickets;
-
Suporte de campo e troubleshooting;
-
Interface e suporte ao NOC para tratamento de chamados;
-
Elaboração de relatórios de chamados;
Basic Requirements
-
Formação técnica em Eletrônica/Telecomunicações ou áreas afins.
-
Experiência (5+ anos) em implantação e suporte (troubleshooting) de sistemas de comunicação (voz e dados), incluindo infraestrutura (torres, aterramento, energia).

Conhecimento em sistemas de comunicação e tecnologias sem fio (radiocomunicação, redes celulares, rádio enlaces, redes de dados).

Conhecimento em produtos Motorola Solutions (desejável).
-
Domínio do Pacote Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
-
Inglês(desejável).
-
Boa comunicação oral e escrita.
-
Disponibilidade para viagens( Maior que 75% do tempo - Base Belo Horizonte - MG).
