Key Responsibilities
Technology Support Specialist

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to internal users, troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues
  • Manage and maintain SharePoint environments, including user permissions, site management, and document storage
  • Conduct regular phishing tests and security awareness training to ensure employees are well-versed in identifying potential threats
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of new office locations, including network infrastructure, hardware installation, and software setup
  • Handle IT administration tasks such as user account management, permissions, and device configuration across various platforms
  • Document and track support requests, solutions, and technical procedures to maintain an organized and efficient support process
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve ongoing IT issues, contributing to system enhancements and improvements
  • Assist with disaster recovery and data backup operations to ensure system reliability
  • Participate in IT projects, onboarding, offering support for system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations

Position Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support or a related technical role. Prior experience working in a law firm or professional services organization is preferred 
  • Proficiency with SharePoint, including site management, document libraries, workflows, and permissions
  • Experience with phishing test platforms and conducting phishing awareness campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of IT administration tasks, including managing user accounts, permissions, and software installations
  • Hands-on experience with setting up new office environments, including networking, hardware installation, and user provisioning
  • Solid understanding of IT troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with network protocols, operating systems (Windows, MacOS), and other IT tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear, user-friendly support
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion


Software Application Experience

  • Active Directory, O365 including OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.
  • VPN
  • Windows OS & Mac OS
