Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage logical and conceptual data models that clearly capture data requirements and represent the relationships of how an organization data fits together

• Establish a Reference and Master data Management plan that includes a roadmap, key milestones, required resources and budget

• Identify and prioritize Master Data Management domains and data sources including the categorization of RMD data entities

• Create and maintain Research Data Management  reports to enable the monitoring of Research Data Management  related KPIs

• Document the technical requirements for the Reference and Master data hub architecture design

• Create conceptual and information architectures for the target Reference and Master data environment

• Manage Reference and Master data operations and lifecycle

• Develop Data Catalog & Metadata plan, identifying and prioritizing data sources and attributes to be integrated in the tool

• Establish a Data Quality Management Plan that includes a roadmap, key milestones, required resources and budget to implement activities aiming to improve the quality of data

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 4 years’ work experience - at least 3 years in IT/Digital technology strategy

• Proven and relevant past consulting experience; alternatively strong in-house IT & Digital strategy / enterprise architecture division / advanced startup / pre-sales roles (and demonstration of intrinsic consulting skills)

• Recommended 3-5 years of experience in Master Data Management / Data Architecture or related fields in similar organizations

• Technical Expertise in Informatica (IDMC)

• Arabic speaking preferred and fluent English

• CDMP Certification (preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
