Job Description:

a. EHS

  • Ensure all activities in laboratory and machine hall will comply with company EHS standard with zero reportable accident.
  • Maintaining awareness and adhering to EH&S procedures and standards.

b. Product development

  • Ensure optimum products development by using the combined resources of the Global Application Teams in Asia, EAME & USA.
  • Coordinate with Technical Manager to develop the specified request products for Asia countries and update the progress regularly.
  • Transfer the system management and operation technology to country technician for the product commercialization smoothly.

c. Capability improvement

To promote personal capability and professional experience for Elastomer product applications by:

  • Refresh the market trend regularly and keep high personal sensitivity for new products application in new market.
  • Collect competitive information including products / activities / literatures.
  • Establish good communication links with Asia Commercial & Technical Service teams.
  • Keeping high efficiency of teamwork in APAC.
