Job Description:

  • Ensure site operates in accordance with Huntsman’s EHS & PSM standards, procedures, guidelines as well as local EHS Laws and Regulations
  • Proactively identify site EHS & PSM needs and develop site specific EHS & PSM strategy to meet our EHS standards and the local legal requirements
  • Proactively support all departments in site in understanding and implementing EHS & PSM requirements
  • Organize and conduct EHS & PSM training and competency tests to ensure the EHS procedures are in place, understood and followed by all employees
  • Work closely with plant manager to periodically review and suggest enhancing process safety management and process efficiency
  • Build and maintain an emergency response team. Make sure that an alarm system is in place and the site organization is trained
  • Maintain ISO 14001 system and providing advisory role for PU NEA organization
