As Revefi's first Technical Writer, you'll own all aspects of product documentation. This includes customer-facing technical content (e.g., API docs, user guides) as well as internal resources to help our teams understand the product. You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and other teams to ensure accuracy and clarity across all documentation.

Responsibilities:

- Establish and enforce writing standards for clarity and consistency. 

- Should be a self-starter who can work independently and establish processes.

- Create and maintain technical documentation for both customers and internal teams (external API SDK documentation, User manuals, release notes, knowledge bases).

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering and other cross-functional teams to manage documentation projects, and create public user documentation.

- Develop resources that support troubleshooting, onboarding, and understanding of the product.

- Continuously improve and update documentation based on user and internal feedback.

Requirements:

- You have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3+ years of relevant experience making challenging, complex ideas, concepts, and tasks understandable and appealing to diverse technical audiences.

- Should have worked in B2B SaaS product documentation preferably in Data or Deep Tech domain where the end users are also Engineers, Data Engineers 

- Strong written and verbal communication skills that translate into concise and articulate documents.

- Written or managed server-side software and documentation.

- Experienced in using Markdown, a static-site generator, and Github to develop and publish documentation with a ‘Docs as Code’ approach.

- Comfortable reading and understanding code written in at some programming languages (e.g. Java, SQL, JavaScript, Typescript).

- Comfortable and familiar with modern infrastructure such as IaaS cloud services and containers.

- You have publicly available technical writing samples.

- You like to dig into the stuff you’re writing about so you understand not just how it works, but why it matters to the people using it; serving as the voice of our users when collaborating with scrum team.

- You enjoy figuring out the best way to get customers the info they need (when and where they need it) and find ways of connecting with the folks who use our content to get their feedback.

Nice To Have:

- Previous experience in the data or analytics industry, or familiarity with data pipelines, data models, or databases.

- Bonus points if you have experience with Developer communications, like engineering blogs, and writing newsletters.
