Currently, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will oversee the deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring high standards of service, security, and support for our corporate devices and systems.
Functional Tasks:
- Deployment and maintenance of computers and office equipment;
- Installation and support of OS and application software on corporate devices;
- Selection, implementation, and maintenance of software-hardware complexes (video conferencing systems, interactive whiteboards, projectors);
- Ensuring corporate data security and promoting information security culture;
- Technical support for corporate devices (assembly, disassembly, and cleaning);
- Configuration and maintenance of video surveillance systems;
- Collaboration with system and network administrators;
- Registration and resolution of tasks in ServiceDesk;
- Implementation of non-standard solutions for current issues.
What We Expect:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or HelpDesk;
- Skills in assembling, disassembling, and physically maintaining PCs and laptops;
- Knowledge of operating systems: Windows (administrator level), macOS, *nix, Android, iOS (proficient user);
- Network technologies: LAN, NAT, VPN, Firewall, Mesh, DNS, DHCP;
- Understanding of information security: Antivirus, Firewall, ZeroTrust Network, DLP;
- Practical experience with video surveillance systems (HikVision or similar).
