We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our global fintech team in a role that combines support and banking operations. Our company operates worldwide, offering you the opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment with cutting-edge financial technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Activities: Provide responsive support to internal teams globally by managing and resolving support tickets, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Banking Operations: Perform reconciliation and banking tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across our financial systems.
- Routine Operations: Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly scheduled tasks, ensuring timely completion in line with operational standards.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize strong Excel skills to analyze data, create reports, and optimize operational processes.
- Log Analysis: Read and interpret system logs to troubleshoot issues and support effective resolution of technical problems.
Qualifications:
- Experience or strong interest in fintech or financial services, with a focus on banking processes.
- Proficiency in Excel is a must.
- Strong ability to read and understand system logs for troubleshooting purposes.
- Ability to balance support activities with operational tasks while working across multiple time zones.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to support colleagues worldwide.
