Technical Risk & Reliability Engineer is a cross-functional engineering discipline centered on an approach, mindset, and process. All activities consider the customers' business and technical needs to provide a quality product that meets the user’s needs. The Technical Risk and reliability discipline executes a robust process, identifies grey areas, and provides full risk and reliability support for the subsea systems and products, project, and tasks management through excellent Risk and reliability management process execution.
The Technical Risk and Reliability Engineer for the subsea production systems group will provide technical guidance to internal and external stakeholders regarding the execution of flawless discipline processes.
As a Technical Risk and Reliability Engineer, you will be:
- Managing Product Safety processes and tasks to minimize safety hazards associated with products.
- Maintaining and update the subsea asset database with high data quality.
- Analyzing asset historical data and perform data scrubbing for accurate conclusions.
- Developing and deliver risk and reliability management documents for engineering teams and customers.
- Collaborating with project teams to perform reliability analysis (reliability, availability, maintenance).
- Providing concise and accurate updates to BH customers and ensure delivery of work scopes with project teams.
- Reviewing and understand technical scope, requirements, and specifications, and support Engineering bid work as needed.
- Working with Subsea Production System engineering managers to ensure resource availability and competency.
- Traveling globally (~10%) to work with customers and regional teams.
- Supporting the Technical Assurance team during workload peaks.

- Have a background in the Engineering discipline or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Have an attitude for learning new technology, techniques, methods, and principles
- Understand or be willing to learn fast Subsea architecture and the ability to translate that into the right reliability management process strategy
- Have experience delivering various scale projects
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Have good knowledge-sharing and mentoring capabilities
- Have Statistical knowledge
- Be a fluent English Speaker
