Job Summary:
Mutual of Omaha Mortgage continues to expand and is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager. The main objective of this role is to help facilitate ongoing IT projects and create / maintain Power BI reporting for internal IT teams.

• Responsibilities and Duties
  
  • Develops, maintains and manages incoming project pipeline and prioritizes requests according to business requirements
  • Interfaces with internal stakeholders and external partners to define scopes, requirements and deadlines for new initiatives.
  • Translates technical requirements between business and technical resources
  • Develops and maintains reporting for IT dashboards
  • Other tasks as assigned

• Required Qualifications and Skills
  
  • 3+ years of Project Management or related administrative support for technical teams
  • 2+ years of experience with T-SQL
  • 2+ years of experience with Power BI
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to create technical documentation
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and exhibits ownership for assigned work
  • Self-directed learner with the ability to research and implement novel approaches to business directives
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and deadline focus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Desired Qualifications and Skills
  
  • PMP or other related certifications
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Azure ecosystem
  • Familiarity with ServiceDeskPlus, Azure DevOps, and Wrike
  • Mortgage industry experience
