We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions!  This is your opportunity to be part of a team committed to delivering best-in-class service to our customers.  

In this role you will lead the success of our products through strategic planning, efficient execution, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's success by defining and driving the roadmap of our products and features. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Build and manage partnerships with business and engineering stakeholders across multiple organizations. 
  • Define and drive the delivery of engineering solutions to enable customer success teams to achieve business goals. 
  • Drive semester and sprint planning to build a roadmap of product/features and successfully deliver features. 
  • Define and measure product feature success metrics to drive features with business value. 
  • Effectively communicate product plans, progress towards business goals, and status through reports and newsletters. 
  • Provide documentation, training material, and evangelize products and services to customers. 
  • Contribute to architectural discussions to drive the right technologies and solutions to build products with enterprise-grade experiences. 
  • Explore existing solutions within the company and establish partnerships to leverage those solutions to add value to customers. 
  • Lead and drive success criteria for products through OKRs, engagement metrics, and feature launches. 
     

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or related field preferred. 
  • 3+ years of work experience in program management, product management, process management, process improvement, or equivalent experience. 
  • Understanding of sales & go-to-market, partner ecosystem & cloud marketplaces strategy. 
  • Experience working as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, Business Planning, or Business Strategy in the technology industry. 
  • Track record of driving business/product outcomes with objectives, key results, and data-driven decisions. 
  • Ability to translate complex business opportunities into simple, marketable, and effective solutions. 
  • Strong prioritization and strategic alignment skills in a matrixed organization. 
  • Passionate, results-driven, and organized approach with attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work cross-team in ambiguous and changing environments with excellent listening and partnering skills. 
  • Storytelling skills and passion for delighting partners and stakeholders. 
     

Accountabilities: 

  • Obsess with partner experience and program capabilities needed to manage the partner's  ecosystem. 
  • Plan, prioritize business needs, and drive strategic alignment to deliver MAICPP experience through engineering. 
  • Envision and drive partner experience requirements to meet partner program changes, working with business teams and partners.
  • Measure business outcomes based on partner and field feedback and adjust program execution plans as needed. 
  • Deliver success through collaboration, deep partnerships, and influence without authority across multiple stakeholders. 
  • Effectively communicate at all levels, demonstrating impact and influence across different roles and organizations. 

Salary Range 

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $110,000 to $120,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
