The essence of the role
- Design and develop automation workflows, solutions, and processes using Chatlayer
- Design, develop, test, and support the implementation of Chatbot solutions in support of business requirements, software, and industry best practices using the Chatlayer,
- Implement bot best practices and ensure compliance with security and data protection guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows and bots.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance of automation solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Who are you?
- Experience as a Power Automate Developer or any other tool or in a similar role.
- Worked on full bot development, end-to-end.
- Knowledge of workflow design and documentation.
- Ability to analyse and optimize business processes for automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- In depth integration with REST( JSON) / SOAP API or any third party integrations via API
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience: 0-6 Months
- Educational Qualification: BSc. (Computer Science)/BCA
Big plus!
- Familiarity with Active Directory / LDAP / SOAP / SAML / Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)/ SSL / TSL / HTTP and HTTPS / URIs / DNS / SSO / IDM will be great advantage.
- Knowledge of JavaScript.
