Who is your future team?

You will join or Product Platforms organization and work together with different teams in the Technologies organization. Teamwork is key for us, and to facilitate and drive cross team collaboration and innovation is crucial in delivering our state-of-the-art video surveillance products. The teams around you are together building product platforms that the rest of the Axis organization use to build a variety of different products. You will work close to the agile teams, project managers, technical leads and managers in and outside of our organization.

What you’ll do here as a Technical Coordinator?

You will work with highly skilled teams with tasks such as planning and tracking of progress, communication between teams and organizations, performance and power analysis, and from time to time do some hands-on prototyping. Our hardware blocks often implement functionality such as image processing, video compression and computer vision. You will work with several personal interfaces, cooperating both internally and outside our teams with people responsible for software, algorithms, vendors, electronics and products. The tasks may differ through the projects depending on project needs and your interest and experience, allowing for your personal development as well as the development of our teams and organization.

You are open-minded and goal-oriented with an interest in driving for great results within and cross teams and organizations. Knowledge sharing is a key in both the team development as well as in the innovation process. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and ideas with team members. You are an outgoing person with good communication skills, but just as important – you are a great listener.

We'd love to hear that you have/are:

• A master’s degree in computer science, physics, mathematics, electrical engineering or similar
• Several years of experience from working with embedded systems
• Knowledge of Git, Gerrit, and Jenkins
• Great networking skills
• Enjoying and are comfortable with agile working methodologies
• An ambitious and initiative taking person who has good coordination skills and the ability to motivate the people around you.
