Job Description
Become Technical Operator (Marketing) at Digitas, where brilliant minds come together to bring to life bold, data and technology-driven marketing solutions for the world’s leading brands.
We are looking for a talented and passionate individual, someone who is responsible for managing the marketing system and content on the client’s website as per strategy and product/marketing calendar.
Main tasks will be conducted through CMS, Marketing Cloud platform, and Project Management system under the direct supervision of the Technical Manager. The Technical Operator (Marketing) will be working with the Creative and Technical team to execute planned assignments as well as new initiatives across key Digitas Clients & Projects. What you’ll do:
- Management of day-to-day CMS and SFMC updates in a timely manner.
- Implement and schedule promotions, set up email campaigns, and track results.
- Monitor content on the live site; troubleshoot or escalate if there is any issue happens.
- Conduct QA testing, follow up to resolve issues, and load finished material into CMS.
- Project preparation, setup, and management as per requirement.
- Conduct GA/GTM creation, implementation, and tracking as per requirement.
- Ensure compliance with the Client's brand guidelines and standards.
- Produce and maintain accurate reports and logs of upcoming and historic content/project changes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with CMS systems (WordPress, Drupal, etc.) and/or Project Management systems (JIRA, SWEET, etc.).
- Have knowledge and experience working with Marketing Cloud platforms (SFMC, HubSpot, etc.) is a big advantage.
- Understanding HTML/JS/CSS or SEO principles is a plus.
- Understanding of Marketing technology and digital project management.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge and experience with any programing language (Python, PHP) is a plus.
- Understand digital graphic/design, including font, color specifications, layout, and composition.
- Problem solving and adaptability.
- Pay high attention to detail.
- Able to work independently as well as in a collaborative work setting.
- Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English with internal and external stakeholders at a variety of levels.
