Job Summary:

HighRadius is looking for a dynamic Tech Sales and GTM Recruitment professional to join our Recruitment Team. This role responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely work with the Talent Partner to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment plans
  • Find top talent using job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods
  • Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidate's technical skills
  • Handle the interview process end-to-end: scheduling, gathering feedback, and recommending top candidates
  • Negotiate job offers and address candidate questions to secure the best talent
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a great experience throughout
  • Collaborate with hiring teams and HR to refine and improve recruitment strategies
  • Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and tools to keep improving the process


Skill & Experience Needed:

  • 3 to 6 years of recruitment experience ideally in a startup or product company
  • Proven ability to hire top technical talent, especially from Tier-1 colleges
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure top talent in a competitive market
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with ATS and other recruitment tools
