What Quality Compliance contributes to Cardinal Health
Quality develops and implements quality policies, procedures, and processes to ensure products and services comply with regulatory standards and specifications.
Quality Compliance is responsible for the development and deployment of policies, procedures and programs designed to minimize risk, enable compliant business operations, products and services and drive uncompromised supply chain integrity.
This position reports to the Compliance Manager with oversight in Atlanta, GA and Jefferson, GA. The ideal candidate is located in proximity to both locations and is able to visit both, as needed.
Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements (e.g. temperature monitoring, record keeping, training, supplier management, CAPA) for Atlanta as well as Jefferson, GA Replenishment Centers, as needed.
- Coordinate with Compliance Manager to ensure facility is compliant with all warehouse procedures through regular review and inspections.
- Support with local/ site-focused quality related projects.
- Maintain and build on established local Quality Programs to enable a Quality mindset and culture in the workplace.
- 15 - 20% travel required.
Location: Onsite in Atlanta, GA (Ability to travel to the Jefferson, GA site on an as needed basis is required.)
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Quality (Quality Assurance or Quality Control), preferred
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Proficient in common Microsoft Office Suite programs (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
- Ability to comfortably position self to stoop, crouch, walk, lift up to 25lbs, stand as needed.

Anticipated hourly range: $15.00 per hour - $24.93 per hour
