As the team leader of the SAP Competence Center Functional, you are responsible for the efficient leadership and organization of the team that takes care of the operation and support of our SAP system landscape. You will coordinate the 3rd level support, ensure all requirements are implemented according to business needs, and work closely with the ERP implementation partner to identify and implement necessary system changes.
Your tasks

Day-to-day management of the SAP Competence Center Functional

Ensure Customizing of ERP systems is according to business needs and existing policies

Recommend solutions to identified problems

Identify system changes and discuss necessary changes with the ERP implementation partner

Organize ERP users support

Coordinate 3rd level support provided by the ERP implementation partner
Your profile

Multiple years practical professional experience with ERP systems in international environment

Know How in ERP Environments (preferably in SAP S/4HANA)
-
Know How in SAP S/4, SAP ECC or other ERP systems

Strong leadership and excellent communication experience

English and German proficiency
